Participation in the Dividend Reinvestment Plan is optional and open to all shareholders of India Equities Fund Ltd unless expressly excluded from certain terms and conditions. You will need to elect or apply to be part of this plan. The Dividend Reinvestment Plan will apply to dividends payable after the exercise date of the Stapled Option on 12 September 2008.
