John Pereira, BJuris, LLB
Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director
Mr Pereira is Managing Director of Olympus Funds Management Pty Limited and CEO and Executive Director of India Equities Fund Limited and Asia Diversified Fund Limited. Prior to this, he established Tristar Corporate Advisors Pty Limited, a boutique corporate advisory business, advising and capital raising for small to mid-cap companies. Subsequently, Mr Pereira founded Olympus Funds Management Limited to offer a range of investment opportunities in alternative markets. Previously, he was the Head of Private Advisory and Head of Corporate Finance at Burdett Buckeridge Young Limited (BBY) and formed Alchemy Corporate Advisors Pty Limited jointly with BBY. Mr Pereira has an extensive career encompassing 27 years of funds management, banking and the law.

Mark Licciardo, B.Bus (Acc) GradDip CSP, ASA, FCIS
Company Secretary
Mr Licciardo is a qualified accountant and holds memberships with CSA, CPA Australia, CSA Victorian State Council and Professional Development Committee. He has extensive experience as a company secretary, corporate administration and governance. Prior to taking up the position of company secretary for India Equities Fund Limited, Asia Diversified Fund Limited and Olympus Funds Management Limited, he was company secretary of Transurban Group and Australian Foundation Investment Company Limited for over 7 years. Mr Licciardo has had an extensive commercial banking career with Commonwealth Bank and State Bank Victoria.

David Stevens, BEc
Non-Executive Director
Mr Stevens has worked in the investment industry for over 25 years. He is currently an Executive Director of Contango Capital Partners Limited (ASX Code CCQ) and Managing Director of Contango Asset Management Limited with over $2 billion in funds under management. He is also the Chairman of Contango Microcap Limited (ASX Code CTN).
Prior to launching Contango Asset Management in 1998, he was Chief Investment Officer from 1990 and Chief Executive Officer from 1992 of HSBC Asset Management (Aust) Ltd. During his tenure as Chief Executive Officer, funds under management grew from $700 million to in excess of $6.3 billion.
Previously, Mr Stevens had also worked with Australian Eagle Insurance Co, Wardley Marine International Investment and Hudson Conway Limited. Whilst working in London with Wardley Marine International Investment Management he was the Director in charge of Asia Pacific and Japanese shares.

Glenn Fowles, BBus (Acc & Fin)

Mr Fowles has worked in the financial services industry since 1985. He is currently Company Secretary of Contango Capital Partners Limited (ASX Code CCQ) and Chief Financial Officer of Contango Asset Management Limited. He is also a Non-Executive Director and the Company Secretary of Contango Microcap Limited (ASX Code CTN).
Prior to joining Contango Asset Management in 1999, Mr Fowles was Acting Chief Executive Officer of HSBC Asset Management (Aust) Ltd. During 13 years with HSBC Asset Management (Aust) Ltd he held other senior roles including Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer.
